Use your browser to go to the National Gallery of Art site. Click on "Online Tours" and select a tour to visit.

After finishing your tour, write two journal entries. Choose any combination of the following:

  • Describe some paintings.

  • Tell the story of a painting.

  • Relate a piece of art to you in any way.

  • Explain the common factors that unite all the paintings or art work in a certain tour.

  • If you could have one of these paintings in your home, which one would it be? Talk about the reasons you made this selection.

  • Write about the image you see and the ideas it suggests.
