[Channel-talkeconomics] hello and catch up

Hello Everyone,
I am going to be jumping in on past reflections and future for the site. I am just returning home from a two week seminar and one week of vacation. I have already viewed the shows and so will try to input this week. Is everyone on the broadcast schedule or did others like me buy the tapes?
I have taught Social Studies as an Adjunct History Lecturer at a small four year college for four years, and am still doing that part-time this upcoming year, and also began teaching 9th to 12th graders Social Studies this last year and will continue this upcoming year.
The programs have inspired me to new methods, especially as my familiarity with economics is slim. Even though I do not or will not teach economics, a solid foundation on its themes are necessary and I am enjoying them and this learning format.
