"A Demo a Day: A year of Chemical Demonstrations" published by Flinn Scientific Inc. telephone 1-800-452-1261 is an excellent guide. Flinn Scientific is also an excellent resource for chemical storage safety information.
The Shakashiri Chemical Demonstration Videotapes are also a worthwhile resource.

There are a number of great books out there - available from any science
supply house (a demo a day is one of my favorites). There are also lots of
internet sites! Just type in demo + whatever youre looking to show and you
