Online Text Materials
The online text materials, available as a PDF file for easy download, build on the content of each episode, summarizing the content and framing it in the larger picture of world history. Each of the 26 chapters is paired with extended readings, including articles from the Journal of World History, other scholarly journals and In The Balance: Themes in Global History. Together, the text materials and readings suggest the historiographical changes in the field and convey a sense that world history is a dynamic venture, enriched by its multiple perspectives. Each unit is available in PDF for ease of download and printing.
